From the heart of fire
The depth of the deep
Under the rocks and on top of the mountain
From the words of your clouds O heaven
The new Assyrian is born
From the weight of thousands of years
From hunger, thirst, and destitution
From the lies of history
From the merchants of the Cause and Nation
Today he is free
For the deniers of rights
The oppressors of all nations
His peace is bullets and bombs
For the deniers he has even more
If you ask him: "Where are you from and from which Church”?
He will honestly reply
Not Tiaraya nor Tkhoomnaya
Not from the plains nor the mountain
Not Jacobite, not Chaldean nor Nestorian or Presbyterian
He will loudly say
I am an Assyrian
He does not care how he lives, what to wear and where to die
He will be followed by armed men who shall tell the truth
His heart on one hand and his book in the other
He tours and preaches
The existence of ASHUR and ASHUR’s entity
By force, with blood and in the name of ASHUR he says
I was born before the earth and the sun
I existed before time
There is no death for me nor end
I am ASHUR’s shining star
In the sky between the two rivers
I am god ASHUR
I control the cycle of generations
I am a lamp which illuminates the peoples of the world
Is it true that I do not exist today?
And that I am slowly vanishing?
No … And a thousand No
ASHUR shall remain and time remains silent
ASHUR shall arise and the tower shall rise
ASHUR shall remain and history shall prostrate
ASHUR shall remain and shall not fall
