Unidentified gunmen abduct an Assyrian citizen in Kirkuk

A security source in Kirkuk said that unidentified gunmen abducted an Assyrian citizen in central Kirkuk, the source added that "unidentified gunmen in a modern car not carrying identifying plaques abducted an Assyrian citizen named Yonan Daniel Mammo who is an accountant for an exchange place on al-Jamhooriya Street in downtown Kirkuk". The source who asked not to be named said thatm"security forces cordoned off the area and began an investigation to find out the circumstances of the incident", the source also mentioned that the abducted man is a resident of al-Moualemeen (Teachers) neighbourhood in the district of Rahim Awa northeast of the city.
