The use of any IP masking, viruses and any other internet software or programming tool which may cause any hostility is prohibited and may result in expelling the user. 6. Users may choose the level of privacy at their own discretion. The user may choose to remain anonymous or to use their real name and information at their own risk. The user agrees to be responsible for the management of his or her own personal information and agrees not to hold Assyrian4all/Chaldean4all or its administration staff responsible for any consequence resulting from the release of private information. Thus, Assyrian4all/Chaldean4all administration and staff will not be held responsible for any personal information released by the user. Assyrian4all/Chaldean4all will never use personal information of any user for the purpose of sale for a third party. 7. The website is not responsible for putting pictures which have been sent without the permission of the holder. We try to keep the IP and email address of the sender, and we can use that to track users who sent pictures without permission. By sending your pictures to us, you are giving us the permission to use it in our albums for other people to view. These pictures, depending on the quality, could be altered in order to fit the space allowed for them. 8. If a user at any time changes her / his mind and wish to no longer have their photos in the photo albums, they may send us an email with a request to remove the pictures. Please note that it may take up to 5 days in order to remove any picture. 9. Assyrian4all/Chaldean4all administration reserves the right to stop or remove any message on its Forums if it is considered to be improper and in breach of the terms of use as specified above. 10.
